Product performance:
Edible lemon yellow is orange-yellow powder, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in other organic agents, and its chemical composition is 3-carboxy-5-hydroxy-1-(p-sulfobenzene)-4-(p-sulfophenylazo) The main raw materials for production of o-nitrocene trisodium are p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and tartaric acid. Water-soluble synthetic pigment, bright yellow color, single color variety. An appropriate amount of lemon yellow can be safely used for coloring food, beverages, medicines, cosmetics, feed, tobacco, toys, food packaging materials, etc. The synthetic pigments allowed in China are amaranth, carmine, lemon yellow, sunset yellow and indigo. They are used for fruity water, fruity powder, sherbet, soda, mixed wine, red and green silk, canned food, and color on the surface of pastries. These synthetic pigments do make the surface of food particularly attractive, but they are prohibited from being used in the following foods: meat and its processed products (including viscera processed products), fish and its processed products, fruits and their products (including juices) , Preserved fruit, jam, jelly and brewed fruit wine, condiments, baby food, biscuits, etc.
