Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is also a kind of acidity regulator, using the principle of its buffer solution, reduce the pH fluctuation of the solution, its role is to control the pH of the beverage at the desired level. Used as a mineral element additive to supplement phosphorus and potassium in feed additives, especially in fish feed widely used.
